Due to the spread and influence of Covid-19 pandemic, 18 schools were divided into  4 areas: Cua Tung Primary School, Vinh Lam Primary School, Trung Nam Primary and Secondary School and Vo Thi Sau Primary School. Before taking part in the festival, the pupils were tested to make sure that all of them were in good health condition.

The teams from 18 schools in the streets performed their English skills and knowledge through three rounds: Greeting, English eloquence and Reading-Listening-Writing Comprehension. A number of pupils were so confident. They introduced about their hometown and their schools naturally. Some schools changed Greeting into excellent plays with a variety of characters, from the soldiers to the foreigners, volunteers, etc.

Some pupils were good at speaking English. Their performance about the 4 topics are outstanding with good intonation, eye contact and body language. Not only the information they provided but also their confidence attracted all the teachers, judges and friends.

The final round had a great impact on the final result in the festivals. The teams answered 10 questions on the board, including listening, reading and writing skills. Teams from Cua Tung Primary School and Vo Thi Sau Primary School did a great job in this part with 9 out of 10 correct answers.

In the end, there are 11 teams got the rewards. The first prize was for Cua Tung Primary School. The second prize was for Vo Thi Sau Primary School and Kim Dong Primary School. There were three teams got the third prize: Vinh Chap Primary and Secondary School, Hien Thanh Primary School and Kim Thach Primary School. With the great effort in the festivals, 6 teams from Nguyen Ba Ngoc Primary Schoo, Vinh Long Primary and Secondary School, Vinh Lam Primary School, Trung Nam Primary School, Trung Nam Primary and Secondary School, Vinh Thuy Primary School received the consolation prize.

The festival ended with the happiness and joyful of all the teams. Thanks to the festival, pupils had a chance to learn and exchange their knowledge as well as improved their soft skills. To the teachers of English, they knew what to do to enhance their teaching and learning of foreign language./
